One of my new favorite lunches incorporates leftover brown rice. There are tons of ways to jazz it up into something scrumptious. Over the holiday I had made a dinner of miso and mushroom fried brown for the whole clan (it was more miso than I'd ever made in a clip). The next day I refried the rice a bit with some toasted sesame oil, topped it with gomasio and fresh avocado, washed it down with a glass of iced kukicha tea and I was a very happy lady!
