I've been trying to mix up my breakfast options as of recently. I've been in a (delicious) rut of bagels and tofu cream cheese for too too long now. While they'll never actually exit my diet, I need to mix in some more options.
I've been doing a lot of avocado mashed onto bread with lemon, sea salt, and sesame seeds. Often I throw on some cucumber and nori or tomatoes, but today I sliced some radishes from the farmers market and they were crunchy and delicious!
