80's Cut-out Top

I snagged this supercool new-to-me top at Guvnor's and am loving it!  It's the perfect combination of cute and comfy for going out.  I love finding great new vintage for my closet.  It means I've got something that no one else has AND I'm not contributing to the craziness of manufacturing and all that is bad about that.  Vintage is recycling at it's best!
